About the owner: We love Florida and we when saw the beautiful beaches of Destin we were hooked. Actually we bought the property before we even had visited Destin! We heard it was nice there so put money down before it was built and off we went on a road trip!

Why this property? It is centrally located in Destin. Crystal Beach is a very beautiful beach. It is not on the main drag so it is very quiet. The low rise condo is very relaxing with not a lot of commotion. The first floor unit is very convenient. You can park right outside your door!
